
This face to face programme has been designed to help managers improve their practice and interpersonal skills, enabling them to optimise team performance and cohesion to develop effective and efficient teams. Split over 3 sessions, the programme focuses on a range of management and leadership concepts that help participants learn how to manage and lead, understand themselves and others, and communicate effectively with colleagues including managing difficult conversations.
